Job Description
Join a travel healthcare assignment as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Presque Isle, Maine. You will care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics in an 11-bed emergency department, caring for cases that may include trauma, stroke, STEMI, behavioral health, and other general emergency presentations. This role includes 12-hour night shifts, every-other-weekend rotation, and no call requirement.
The assignment calls for at least two years of emergency nursing experience and includes hands-on work such as EKGs, IV starts, nebulizer treatments, initiating BiPAP, ventilator management, suture removal, casting assistance, and familiarity with TNKase administration. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required; TNCC and NRP are preferred. First-time travelers are welcome, and your night-shift adventure awaits in a welcoming northern Maine community.
