Job Description
Join an outpatient oncology infusion clinic in Rapid City, South Dakota, as a Registered Nurse supporting patients receiving medical oncology and chemotherapy infusions across solid tumor, gynecologic, breast, and hematology diagnoses. This 13-week travel assignment includes administering chemotherapy, completing chart checks, rooming patients, reviewing medications and symptoms, providing education, and coordinating care with the clinic team.
The RN will manage approximately 5–8 patients per day, with 3–4 patients at a time, while self-assigning workloads to keep the clinic on schedule. Current outpatient infusion oncology experience, recent ambulatory EPIC experience, BLS, and ONS Chemotherapy certification are required. The clinic offers support from pharmacy, a resource nurse, charge nurse, providers, and rapid response and code teams. No weekend rotation or on-call requirement is scheduled.
