Job Description:
This travel assignment is for an experienced registered nurse supporting pediatric and adult medical-surgical telemetry patients in an acute-care setting. You will care for patients with cardiac conditions, stroke, CHF, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac catheterization needs. Responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac-drip titration, post-operative cardiac care, and collaboration with the broader care team. The overnight schedule runs from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend required, no call, and floating to designated units as needed. PALS is preferred in addition to ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification.
