Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Job Summary  Join our growing manufacturing team as a Warehouse Associate in Lehi, earning $18/hour with opportunities for advancement as our business expands. You'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, and inventory management while gaining valuable ERP system experience.  What You'll Do 

• Schedule inbound shipments and coordinate delivery appointments for raw materials
• Maintain organized storage systems for finished goods and raw materials, both physically and in our ERP system
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders to meet specific requirements and quality standards
• Stage, verify, and systematically store finished goods according to inventory procedures
• Process shipments of finished goods while ensuring timely delivery and customer specifications
• Assist with weekly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory management
• Cross-train with inventory control team to ensure accurate material tracking in ERP system
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations

 What You Bring Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

 Preferred:

• 1-2 years warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
