PET Operations Supervisor

PET Operations Supervisor Job Summary We're hiring a PET Operations Supervisor in Ogden to lead production on a 12-hour rotating shift at $23.46/hour. If you have hands-on supervisory experience in food, beverage, or packaging manufacturing and a strong command of GMP and food safety standards, this is a role where your leadership directly drives results on the floor. What You'll Do 

• Lead shift operations for PET manufacturing, keeping production running efficiently and minimizing downtime
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations to your team
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, and safety issues quickly and effectively
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to keep operations aligned
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to meet daily production demands
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and key performance metrics
• Coach and evaluate team members, providing consistent feedback to support performance and development
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives targeting productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence

 What You Bring Required 

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights and weekends

 Preferred 

• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in food, beverage, packaging, bottling, or PET manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems
