• Position: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
• Salary: $70,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
• Hours: Approximately 40–45 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Employment Type: DIRECT HIRE!

What You'll Be DoingAs the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you'll lead a team of approximately six employees in a steel processing facility.Responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure production goals are achieved.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of six manufacturing employees.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production schedules, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Oversee quality inspections and resolve production-related issues.
• Monitor attendance, employee performance, and workplace expectations.
• Provide coaching, training, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Communicate production results, concerns, and shift updates.
• Develop daily production priorities and improvement plans.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and productive manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Experience managing production schedules, workflow, and employee assignments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience training employees and managing attendance and performance.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends when needed.
