Deburr Technician

Deburr Technician Job Summary We're hiring a Deburr Technician in North Salt Lake City, Utah to join a growing, family-owned metal manufacturing company. Starting at $20.00/hour with room to earn more based on your experience, this is a hands-on role where your attention to detail directly impacts product quality — and where strong performers have a clear path to advance. What You'll Do 

• Deburr and finish metal parts using hand tools, files, and sanding equipment
• Inspect finished components for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality
• Verify parts meet quality standards before they ship to customers
• Move and handle raw materials and finished parts throughout the production floor
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Follow established quality and safety protocols consistently

 What You Bring Required 

• Ability to lift and move materials repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic

 Preferred 

• Previous experience in metal manufacturing, machining, or a related trade
• Familiarity with hand deburring tools or finishing equipment
• Experience reading or interpreting basic quality standards

 Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM to start.After your first week, you'll transition to an earlier shift schedule as you get settled into the role. Pay & Compensation $20.00/hour to start, with pay increasing based on your experience and skills. REASONS YOU'LL LOVE WORKING FOR YES!We care about you and work hard to match you the right job!
