RESTORATION TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT$15.00/Hour • As-Needed SchedulePOSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Restoration Technician Assistant to provide hands-on support with cleanup, debris removal, material handling, and general job-site organization. This is an as-needed position that may vary based on project volume and restoration needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, follows instructions well, and can maintain a safe and organized work area.

PAY & SCHEDULE • $15.00 per hour. • As-needed schedule based on project and workload requirements. • Hours and days may vary depending on job-site needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Bag trash, debris, and discarded materials for removal. • Move, carry, stack, and organize boxes, supplies, and job-site materials. • Assist with clearing, cleaning, and organizing work areas. • Carry materials to designated disposal, storage, or staging areas. • Load and unload boxes, trash bags, tools, and other materials as directed. • Sweep and perform general cleanup of work areas. • Assist restoration technicians with basic non-skilled support tasks. • Follow directions from the crew lead, restoration technician, or supervisor. • Use safe lifting practices and follow job-site safety procedures. • Perform other general labor and cleanup duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Able to lift and move boxes, bags, and materials throughout the shift. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods. • Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Able to maintain a steady work pace in a physical work environment. • Previous cleanup, moving, warehouse, restoration, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required. • Must be available to work on an as-needed basis.
