Job description

Receiving Specialist Job SummaryJoin our growing technology company in Draper as a Receiving Specialist earning $18/hour with Monday-Friday day shift hours. We're looking for someone with receiving experience to handle incoming equipment returns in our fast-growing software business. What You'll Do

Receive and inspect returned technology equipment including iPads, printers, and other devices
Verify equipment condition and document any damage or missing components
Process incoming shipments and match against return authorizations
Update inventory systems with received items and their condition status
Coordinate with shipping carriers for delivery confirmations and issue resolution
Organize and store received equipment in designated warehouse areas
Maintain accurate receiving logs and documentation
Communicate equipment status updates to internal teams

What You Bring Required:

Previous receiving or warehouse experience
Experience handling technology equipment (tablets, printers, electronics)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail for equipment inspection

Preferred:

Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of technology equipment testing procedures
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
