Job description
Shipping & Stockroom Clerk Job Summary We're hiring a Shipping & Stockroom Clerk in Ogden, UT paying $23–$26 per hour. This is a Monday–Thursday schedule with every other Friday off, and a clean, organized manufacturing environment where your attention to detail actually matters. What You'll Do • Verify, count, weigh, and measure incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation to confirm accuracy• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or shortages and coordinate with purchasing to resolve discrepancies• Prepare outgoing products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and creating bills of lading and shipping documentation• Recommend shipping methods based on routes, rates, and procedures• Receive and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to the appropriate departments• Sort and store materials, parts, and perishable items in designated areas according to established sequences• Process all transactions and maintain records through xTuple ERP• Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift What You Bring Required • 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or stockroom operations • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (a skills assessment will be administered)• Strong attention to detail when verifying shipment quantities and documentation• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR-regulated facility) Preferred• Familiarity with a manufacturing or production environment• Experience with ERP software Schedule & Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PMEvery other Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PMOvertime available — double-time pay kicks in after 50 hours Pay & Compensation $23.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience REASONS YOU'LL LOVE WORKING FOR YES!
