CDL Class A Driver - Hazmat & Tanker

Location: Sheridan, IL
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a local fuel and propane distributor in Sheridan, IL and is seeking CDL Class A Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. This is an excellent opportunity for safety-focused drivers looking for a stable career with competitive pay and the chance to serve customers throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver fuel and propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and unload fuel products according to safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery and fuel documentation
• Follow all DOT, Hazmat, and company safety requirements
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
• Operate equipment safely in various weather and road conditions

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Tanker Endorsement
• Ability to pass a background check
• Safe driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous fuel delivery experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Commitment to following all DOT and company regulations
