Retail Shipping AssociateJob SummaryEarn $16.00 per hour on a daytime 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with one of Utah’s fastest-growing food production companies — a leader in the protein bar and candy industry. No experience is required — our excellent training program will set you up for success from day one.What You’ll Do

• English and Spanish is required
• Pick and pull products to accurately fulfill customer and retail orders
• Pack items securely and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
• Print, apply, and verify shipping labels and packing slips
• Weigh, measure, and process orders through the shipping system
• Stage outbound shipments and coordinate handoff to carriers
• Inspect orders for accuracy and product quality before they ship
• Keep the shipping area and work stations clean and organized during downtime

What You BringRequired:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand for your full shift
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs at any given time (up to 50 lbs for heavy-duty tasks)
• Ability to follow all appropriate workplace safety standards
• Strong attendance record and punctuality

Preferred:

• Previous order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
