Wheelbuild Technician Job Summary Join a cutting-edge carbon fiber bicycle manufacturer in Ogden as a Wheelbuild Technician earning $18/hour on a Monday-Friday day shift. Build high-performance wheels for world-class athletes and premium bike brands in our state-of-the-art facility. What You'll Do 

• Assemble custom wheels, hubs, and spokes according to engineering specifications and customer requirements
• Use precision tools including spoke wrenches, truing stands, calipers, and tension meters to ensure perfect wheel builds
• True wheels and verify tension measurements meet exact specifications
• Complete quality inspections and warranty documentation for each finished wheel
• Monitor parts and processes for quality control throughout the build process
• Maintain inventory of spokes, nipples, hubs, and other wheelbuild components
• Keep detailed records of all builds and measurements

 What You Bring Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience lacing, truing, and building bicycle wheels
• Manufacturing experience in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with wheel truing tools and tension meters
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently
• Strong hand-eye coordination and precision measuring skills

 Preferred:

• Previous bicycle shop or bike technician experience
• Knowledge of different rim types, hub styles, and spoke configurations
• Experience with high-end or custom wheel builds
