Part-Time Solderer / Cable Assembly Technician Location: Eastlake, OH Schedule:  Pay: $14/hour
Champion Personnel is now hiring a Part-Time Solderer / Cable Assembly Technician!
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team assembling and soldering cable assemblies and electronic components in a clean manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

• Solder wires, connectors, and electronic components according to specifications. 
• Assemble cable harnesses and cable assemblies. 
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. 
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Use hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and testing equipment. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures. 

Qualifications:

• Previous soldering, cable assembly, or electronic assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts and detailed assemblies. 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. 
• Ability to follow written instructions and assembly diagrams. 
• Dependable with a strong work ethic. 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. 
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. 
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination for precision work. 

Schedule:

• Part-Time Hours
