Metamora, MI | Starting at $19.53/hour
$18.53/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM + 4 hours on Friday

Work Schedule
2nd Shift
- Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Friday: 4-hour shift
Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand and power tools.
- Operate production equipment and workstations.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read work orders and follow production instructions.
- Label, scan, and prepare finished products as required.
- Complete production paperwork and documentation.
- Report quality issues, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Experience using hand or power tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a warm manufacturing environment.
- Wear required PPE, including safety-toe footwear, eye protection, and gloves.
