CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Camp Hill, PA, near Harrisburg
• Assignment Type: Travel healthcare contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490–$2,670
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 shifts per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call and Weekends: None required
• Clinical Setting: Outpatient imaging center
• Equipment: GE BrightSpeed 16-slice CT scanner and Medrad injector

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a CT Technologist or CT Technologist professional
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures safely and accurately in an outpatient environment
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to established imaging protocols
• Prepare patients for CT procedures, explain the imaging process, and promote patient comfort and safety
• Operate the GE BrightSpeed 16-slice CT scanner and Medrad injector
• Verify patient information, assess contraindications, and follow appropriate CT safety procedures
• Review CT images for quality and completeness before submitting studies for interpretation
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and comply with applicable standards and facility policies
