Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600–$2,790
• Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital-based imaging; PM CT/Scan unit
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Shift Options: 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
• On-Call: Rotating on-call responsibilities

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Computed Tomography Technologist
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with GE and Toshiba CT scanners
• Ability to meet Pennsylvania fingerprinting and healthcare credentialing requirements
• Ability to work scheduled evening shifts and participate in a rotating on-call schedule

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans safely and efficiently according to established imaging protocols
• Operate GE and Toshiba CT equipment while maintaining image quality and patient safety
• Verify patient identification, clinical history, exam orders, and applicable screening information
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations, providing clear instructions and compassionate care
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changing conditions
• Document examinations accurately and maintain compliance with department procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to support timely diagnostic imaging services
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as scheduled
