Encapsulation Worker (Swing shift)

Production Operator – Encapsulation (Supplement/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Job Summary We're hiring Production Operators for our Encapsulation Department in Vineyard, with openings on both day and evening shifts. This is a hands-on manufacturing role paying up to $18 per hour — with your final rate based on your experience. What You'll Do 

• Operate encapsulation machinery and equipment to fill and process capsule products
• Monitor production output to ensure quality and consistency throughout the shift
• Handle and work around powdered raw materials in a manufacturing environment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety protocols on the production floor
• Maintain a clean workstation and perform basic equipment sanitation between runs
• Communicate any production issues or equipment concerns to your supervisor
• Meet daily production targets as a member of a fast-moving line team

 What You Bring Required 

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Comfort working around powdered products — please disclose any relevant allergies or respiratory sensitivities before applying
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — production lines depend on it
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment

 Preferred 

• Experience in supplement, pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMP or regulated production environments
• Experience operating or monitoring automated production equipment

 Schedule & Shift Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PMEvening Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM Both shifts available.
