Total compensation for the Electrical BIM/VDC Coordinator in Baltimore,MD   is between $80,000 - $120,000

Electrical BIM/VDC  Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee project from conceptual design to installation.
• Preparation of drawings & specifications.
• Interaction with estimating, project management, prefabrication, and foremen.
• Assist in building up a new division.
• Interacts effectively to facilitate job progress.
• Work with internal and external personnel to meet deadlines and stay within prescribed budget to successfully complete the project.
• Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed.
• Perform arc flash hazard assessments.

Electrical BIM/VDC  Coordinator Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design on commercial and/or light industrial projects.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical ,data center or hospital projects.
• Experience with BIM360, Trimble, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with preparing the electrical designs on design/build projects.
• Must have a stable work history.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• Journeyman License or Degree
