Swing - Metal Finisher

Metal Finisher Earn $16–$18/hr working with a precision sheet metal fabrication company in North Salt Lake, Utah — with a 4-day workweek and immediate openings available. This established manufacturer has been producing high-quality sheet metal products for over 40 years, including carpet cleaning trucks, water filtration systems, and custom fabrication work. If you have hands-on metal finishing experience and want steady hours with a company that takes care of its people, this is the job for you. What You'll Do 

• Grind, de-burr, and polish sheet metal parts to finished spec
• Operate punch presses and assist with laser cutting and forming operations
• Assemble sheet metal components and sub-assemblies
• Read basic measurements and apply math skills to ensure accurate work
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in an active production environment
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

 What You Bring Required

• Hands-on experience with metal finishing — grinding, de-burring, or polishing
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset

 Preferred

• Experience with punch press, laser cutting, or metal forming equipment
• Previous work in a sheet metal fabrication or light manufacturing environment
